đź’ˇ Our Role / Contribution
Bhavesh Patel will give a talk titled "Making Research Software FAIR: Background and Practical Steps" at the May 2025 Webinar. This talk will introduce the FAIR Principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) in the context of research software and explore why making software FAIR is important for reproducibility, reuse, and sustainability—especially. The session will provide practical steps for developers and researchers, using concrete tools and examples, to help make their software FAIR. It will also include updates from Actionable Guidelines for FAIR Research Software (Actionable FAIR4RS) Task Force.
