Hosted May 3–7 in Denver, Colorado, the 2026 meeting theme addresses how innovative vision research is driving the evolution of precision ophthalmology. The program integrates breakthroughs in stem cell research, genetics, gene editing, artificial intelligence, and advanced imaging technologies to advance understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of ocular diseases.

Bhavesh Patel will present a poster titled "Toward the Envision Portal: Designing a FAIR and AI-Ready Framework for Ophthalmic Imaging Sharing and Discovery" (Presentation #4000, Posterboard #0214). The poster introduces the Envision Portal, a platform designed to enable FAIR and AI-ready sharing and discovery of ophthalmic imaging data. The presentation is part of Session 419: Imaging Technologies and Functional Imaging.
